Community Support and Development

Contributing to improving livelihoods and quality of life for the community, especially children.

Continuing to promote the Vietnamese tradition of “Good leaves protect torn leaves”, LifesUp always considers this as a general orientation for its community support activities, especially towards children, the specific audience that LifesUp is particularly interested in and focusing on. Community support activities launched and organized by LifesUp’s management team will surely receive the enthusiastic response of all employees.

#1 “BRING HOPE TO THE DREAMS OF HIGHLANDS CHILDREN” PROGRAM
Understanding the deprivations, difficulties, and feelings of children in the highlands, LifesUp in the last 3 months of the year will create a journey called “Bring hope to the dreams of highlands children”. We will donate books from the staff, and also hand-deliver new notebooks and school supplies to the children. Moreover, in the near future, we hope to successfully build libraries full of knowledge sources with the desire to somewhat light up their hopes and dreams.

#2 LIFESUP SCHOLARSHIP – NURTURING VIETNAMESE CHILDREN’S TALENTS
In the near future, we will raise funds for LifesUp scholarships for children in remote areas with difficult circumstances. The purpose of the program is to help students have the opportunity to study and practice, hoping that in the future they will become good citizens who contribute to the development of the country.

#3 OTHER VOLUNTEERING ACTIVITIES

Besides the main audience that LifesUp focuses on helping i.e. children, we also care deeply about many different difficult situations in life. Therefore, LifesUp will always try its best in popularizing and contributing to community volunteering activities such as: blood donation sessions, giving blankets and warm clothes to homeless people around the area, or visiting and giving gifts to elderly people in poor circumstances and needing care.

Sustainable Development Activities

  • Garbage Collection at Red River rock fields

In October 2022, LifesUp’s first community project took place at the Red River rock fields in Hanoi. Our LU-ers spent the whole afternoon collecting trash, sorting them into appropriate garbage bins, and facilitating the recycling process. It was a tiring but meaningful activity, as we devoted our time to cleaning up the local area and also learned to appreciate the importance of keeping the environment free of litter.
