    Position : Leader Marketing
    Quantity : 1
    Format: Full-time
    Working place: 2nd floor, MHDI Building, No. 60 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Do Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

    • Manage and allocate marketing budget, be responsible for the effectiveness of communication campaigns to provide orientation and solutions for the next programs.
    • Organize market research, explore customer needs and propose marketing plans to improve the effectiveness of the company’s marketing activities.
    • Research on customer behavior on digital channels of the company. Maintain target customers by channel.
    • Develop standards for evaluating internal KPIs for Marketing department.
    • Market analysis, competitor research to come up with appropriate marketing strategies.
    • Be responsible for progress, work evaluation, work reports as required.

    Request

    • At least 1 year experience in a similar management position.
    • Proficient in running conversions.
    • Proficient in running ads on a number of social networking channels such as Facebook, Tiktok, Google, Website…
    • Have a product testing mindset.
    • Team management skills, good staff training.
    • Confident, hardworking, with a sense of responsibility.
    • Logical thinking, creativity, good research and analysis ability
    • Planning and reporting skills;
    • Creative, full of ideas;
    • Priority is given to candidates who have the ability to edit photos, shoot and edit short videos such as tiktok, ..

    Benifit

    Salary, bonus and benefits:

    • Total income from 20-40 million (LC 10 million + Allowance + Bonus %KPI + % Team + Salary responsibility)
